daN gives your back your personal time with this simple to use fax form so you can simply do what you love to do - SELL

TO ADD INVENTORY - We Make This Part Simple

1. Fill out the attached form or send us your auction sheet with sale price
2. Send us Copy of Auction Sheet, Title, Registration, tell us what is special, and how much the selling price is.
3. If your choose eBay or Craigslist both will have limited run time, eBay Motors will charge you a fee and daN will charge you $3.00 each time post or re-post your vehicle. You must have accounts set up for these companies and provide daN with your user name and password, we will write your add, populate your pictures, include a call to action with your contact information to your store or cell phone. 
4. Give them a REASON TO BUY - we will integrate this into your sales presentation and make your inventory sound very appealing which always leads to more sales unless your pricing is way off.
5. Tell us where you want your inventory posted to - example cars.com -  autotrader.com - cobalt - carsoup - or others and make sure that we have those passwords on file to accommodate your request. You must have subscriptions with these marketing companies to have a user name.
6. Allow 24 hours for daN to wrap up your request - THEN YOU CAN POST YOUR PICTURES - In some instances, daN can post your pictures from your online library for you should you have one.
7. daN can not guarantee the speed that the marketing sources update but most are fast. (example - we maintain Cobalt for you and they don't feed ATC or Cars until Midnight)

TO DELETE INVENTORY - Even Easier

1. Fill out the attached form or send us your inventory sheet with the item crossed out
2. Be sure that we can read your DEALERSHIP name and the stock# or VIN that you sold - YOU MUST AUTHORIZE THE REMOVAL AND DATE THE REQUEST

daN WILL never DELETE INVENTORY UNLESS AUTHORIZED via FAX, Phone, or email.     

All requests are time dated and filed for reference

Fax in the current inventory sheet with the changes notated and daN will make the changes in the sites that you request. daN recommends that all of your pricing be the same , online - newspaper - and on the lot.

Some states require same price advertising and daN feels this a best practice

Some Dealerships Change Price Every Month and follow a 90 day rule. If this is the case, Print out your price sheet and fax it in with the decrease or increase amount on the top with your sigature and we will do the work for you.
